Louise Wijdemans was born in Velp 1969, she now resides in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands.
As long as she can remember, she loves creating vivid images and figurines with pencils,in 1995 she replaced her pencils with brushes and her talent and passion were born.
She became a visual artist shortly after to give her broad creativity all the space it needed.
Over the years she has remained loyal and steadfast to her intuition and is primarily inspired by nature.
The images are realistically translated on linen and panel, extremely detailed and with enormous precision.
The elements of atmosphere, color and light play a very large role in her works of art.
When I Paint I
am using techniques created by the old masters from the 17th century, but translated into the present in a modern way and tasteful st yle.
The colors, atmosphere and the image of what I want to express are decisive for me,
this is of course to make every painting I create as beautiful, sparkling and realistic as possible.
Paintings are displayed on durable and ecological, mussenpaneel, or linen with an aluminum / wooden frame.
The oil paint I use is made by Schmincke (Mussini) and Old-Holland (Classic).
If you want to have a painting made either private or business regardless of the subject and the size of the painting, this is possible in consultation.
If you are considering having your portrait painted, do contact me in time.
Creating a portrait for a single person takes approximately 3 to 4 months, this is because the paint needs time to dry.
(time for several people in consultation).
Price indication: Portrait on special linen with aluminum and wooden frame between € 1000 and € 1350 depending on differences in the difficulty level of painting. The size of the painting is 30x40 cm or 40x50 cm.
If you are interested in my work, then I would love to invite you to make an appointment with me.
